Directorate Changes

The board of Webis Holdings Plc (“Webis” or the “Group”), the global on-line gaming groupannounces the appointment with immediate effect of Sir James Mellon KCMG (aged 82) as a non-executive director.

Sir James, a former diplomat whose roles included UK Ambassador to Denmark, Director General for trade and investment and USA Consul General, New York, also has many years of corporate experience acting as a director of both public and private companies.

The board also announces that Jim Mellon is stepping down from the board as a non-executive director, also with immediate effect.

Denham Eke, Chairman of Webis, said: “I am very pleased to welcome Sir James to the board. His experience and advice will be of undoubted help in fostering the Group’s continuing development. I would also like to thank Jim Mellon for his invaluable contribution and commitment to the Group over the last eight years.”

Sir James’ appointment as a director of Webis is subject to approval by the Isle of Man Gambling Supervision Commission.
