Denham Eke – Non-Executive Chairperson
Denham began his career in Stockbroking before moving into Corporate Planning for a major UK Insurance Broker. He is a director of many years’ standing of both Public and Private companies involved in the retail, manufacturing and financial services sectors.
Mr Eke was appointed Chairperson of Webis Holdings plc in April 2003.
Ed Comins – Managing Director
Ed has over 25 years’ experience in the betting and gaming industry initially with Coral, then Ladbroke Casinos and then the UK Tote, where he had overall responsibility for developing Totepool’s pari-mutuel business domestically and internationally. Following that he was Commercial Director at GameAccount, a provider of on-line skill games to sportsbook, casino and poker operators, where he managed betting partner relationships with key clients.
Mr Comins joined the Company as Chief Operating Officer of European Wagering Services (now WatchandWager.com) in February 2007. He joined the Webis Board in May 2010.
Richard Roberts – Non-Executive Director
Rich has served in executive and board positions in the online gaming and betting industries leading US digital operations in the iGaming, ADW, and fantasy sports markets.
He joined the company as a Non-Executive Board Member in April 2021.
Katie Errock – Non-Executive Director
Ms Errock, currently Company Secretary for the Group and its subsidiary companies, has extensive experience in compliance, regulation and corporate governance. She is an associate of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment (“CISI”) and is President of the Isle of Man chapter. Ms Errock is also the Company Secretary for a number of other companies controlled by Burnbrae Group Limited, an entity wholly owned by Webis’ principal shareholder, Jim Mellon.
Katie joined the board in August 2022.
