Issue of equity, holding in company and voting rights and capital

The Board of Webis announces that on 30 January 2008, it successfully placed 9,848,888 new Ordinary Shares of 1 pence each in the Company with Burnbrae Limited, at a placing price of 4.315 pence per Ordinary Share.

The Placing has raised £425,000 for the Company before expenses. The funds raised will be used to further develop the Company’s website, for marketing initiatives and working capital.

Application will be made for the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to AIM and trading is expected to commence on Wednesday 6 February 2008.

Following this transaction, Burnbrae Limited now has a beneficial interest in the enlarged share capital of the Company of 107,391,465 Ordinary Shares, representing 51.92% of the Company’s issued share capital.

Webis’ capital at 31 January 2008 consists of 206,826,667 ordinary shares with voting rights. The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company at 31 January 2008 is 206,826,667.

The above figure of 206,826,667 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA’s Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
