betinternet.com plc, the global on-line gaming group, today announces two new members to its Senior Management team.
Simon Nicholls has been appointed as COO of European Wagering Services, the pool betting subsidiary of betinternet.com plc. Simon was Managing Director of GG.com, the Internet arm of GGMedia which holds the media rights to 10 independent UK racecourses, for five years. He has also worked for Weatherby’s, the Secretariat for UK racing, in Business Development and Data Services and has knowledge of media rights and the sale and exploitation of racing data pre and post race. In addition Simon has extensive experience in online betting and gaming and business development in both the B2B and B2C environment.
Tony Elder FCCA has been appointed Financial Controller of betinternet.com plc. Tony qualified with KPMG and more recently was a management consultant with Whitechapel Corporate Services, providing tax and cost-saving solutions for blue chip public companies.
